This Privacy Policy describes how OmniFluxs Services Private Limited and Developer Account Rakesh Gurjar (together referred to as "Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use the Earn2Cash mobile application (the "Application"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended to be used "AS IS".

We collect information to provide, maintain and improve the Application. The information we collect includes:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• The pages or screens of the Application you visit, and the time and date of those visits.
• Total time spent in the Application and on specific screens.
• Your device operating system and basic device information.

We do not collect precise geolocation information from your device.

For a better experience while using the Application, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• Name
• UserId / Profile information

Information you provide to the Application will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

• Operate and improve the Application and user experience.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies. Current third-party service providers include (but may not be limited to):

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook

We may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

• When required by law (for example, in response to a subpoena or other legal process).
• When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• To trusted service providers who process data on our behalf and who agree to contractual restrictions on use of that data.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available for your device or via the app marketplace where you installed the Application.

We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete user-provided data you submitted via the Application, please contact us and we will respond in a reasonable time.

The Application is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take action.

We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of information we process. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect user data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
