These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Earn2Cash mobile application (the "Application") provided by OmniFluxs Services Private Limited and Developer Account Rakesh Gurjar (collectively, the "Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Application you represent that you are at least 13. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Application with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gamingtournamentesports.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

Earn2Cash provides opportunities to earn virtual credits ("coins") by completing eligible tasks, surveys, games, offers and other activities. Coins can be exchanged for rewards as described in the Application.

• All rewards are subject to verification and fraud checks. We may delay, reduce or cancel rewards if we suspect abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
• Payout methods include gift cards, UPI, PayPal and bank transfers (as available). Withdrawal thresholds, processing times and fees (if any) are posted in the app and may change from time to time.
• We reserve the right to refuse payouts to accounts that violate our rules or that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

When using the Application you agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rewards.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or other tools to automate activity.
• Submit false information, fake verifications, or fabricated screenshots.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; instead report them to us.
• Use the Application for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of rewards, or legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos and materials in the Application are owned or licensed by the Service Provider. You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Application may contain content or offers provided by third parties (e.g., survey providers, offer walls, advertising partners). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

Use of the Application is free unless otherwise specified. Users are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges imposed by local law on rewards or payouts. We may charge processing fees for certain payout methods; these will be disclosed in the app.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express, implied or statutory—including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Service Provider be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Application. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Application will not exceed the amount you have actually paid (if any) to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Service Provider and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Application at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. On termination, you may lose access to coins and features. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.

We may modify these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Application or other means. Your continued use of the Application after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (or another city if you prefer to specify).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
